✨ Everyone talks about the Proverbs 31 woman's accomplishments.

Few talk about what made her truly valuable.

She bought real estate. 🏡Ran a business. 📈Managed people. 👥Built a respected reputation. 👏

But Proverbs 31 doesn't begin with her resume.

It begins with her character. ❤️

"A wife of noble character, who can find? She is worth far more than rubies." (Proverbs 31:10)

Titles change.Companies downsize.Roles get restructured.

But your character is something no one can take away.

Pursue excellence.Work hard.Aim high.

Just don't sacrifice your character to get there.

Because at the end of the day, God isn't impressed by your title.

He's looking at your heart. ✨

I know what it feels like to constantly carry the weight of work, responsibilities, expectations, and endless pressure to “do it all.”

For a long time, I thought I just needed better time management.

But the truth?

I wasn't overwhelmed because I had too much to do.

I was overwhelmed because too much of what I was doing wasn't aligned with what mattered most.

In my newest blog post, I'm sharing the mindset shifts that helped me move from constant hustle and exhaustion to greater clarity, peace, and alignment.

If you've been feeling stretched, emotionally drained, or disconnected from what matters most, this message is for you.

🚨 Got laid off? Passed over? Reorganized out of a role you loved?

Before you spend too much time looking back, let’s talk about Lot’s wife.

In Genesis 19, God was moving Lot’s family out of S***m and Gomorrah. The assignment was simple:

➡️ Leave.
➡️ Don’t look back.

But when Lot’s wife looked back at everything she was leaving behind—her home, her community, her familiar life—she became stuck.

Literally.

Sometimes God closes a chapter that we desperately wanted to keep open.

A layoff.
A lost opportunity.
A leadership change.
A restructuring.
A season coming to an end.

And while grieving those losses is completely human, staying stuck there can keep us from stepping into what’s next.

📖 “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5

Your old title isn’t your identity.
Your old team isn’t your future.
Your old assignment isn’t your final destination.

God may be closing a door not to punish you—but to protect you, prepare you, and reposition you.

Keep moving forward.

The future God has for you is ahead of you—not behind you. ✨

✨ Career Success Strategies from the Women of the Bible ✨

We’re kicking off with Eve. 🍎

Eve was the first woman—and the first to wrestle with ambition, temptation, and consequence.

Being the first isn’t easy.

There were no role models.
No roadmap.
No TikTok videos.

Then the serpent stepped in and promised her “more” if she would just take a bite of the apple God told her to avoid.

But Eve listened to advice from someone who didn’t share her values, and the consequences were greater than she imagined.

💡 Career Lessons from Eve:

✅ God is the ultimate source of truth and wisdom.

✅ Not every opportunity is meant for you—even if it looks perfect.

✅ If God says don’t eat the apple, don’t eat the apple. 🍎

✅ Take advice from people who share your values and draw you closer to God, not away from Him.

1 Peter 3:12 - For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous and his ears are attentive to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.
