🚨 Now Hiring: Mortgage Closing Specialist – Saint Petersburg, FL (Hybrid)

We’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Closer to join our busy Closing team in Saint Petersburg!

This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension supporting a high-volume team that handles loans for Financial Advisors as well as Florida Housing loans.

What you’ll do:
• Prepare and send Closing Disclosures (mail & electronic)
• Complete loan files (title information, demographics, etc.)
• Coordinate with Title companies for CD approvals
• Process funding, wiring requests, and bond/FHA/VA loans

Must-Haves:
• Minimum 3 years of Mortgage Closing experience
• Strong working knowledge of TRID and Closing Disclosure timing rules
• Experience reviewing Title commitments, Trust Agreements, and POAs
• Encompass system experience is required
• High sense of urgency and ability to meet strict deadlines
• Professional communication and a true team-player mindset

Position Details:
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days WFH in Saint Petersburg, FL
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
