We decided to try to breed a Southdown for Janissa’s last year of 4-H. So we bred her 4-H ewe “Jenny” from 2024 & 2025 to Even Better and never dreamed that we would get two boys that would win the Southdown breed at the Elkhart Co Fair. Janissa had the Champion and Evelyn Taylor was Reserve Champion.
