WE are B.O.S.S.! B.O.S.S. stands for Business Organization for Student Success. All members are welcome to give any suggestions to help shape the future of BOSS.

Newly created in Fall 2014, our mission is to inspire & support CSUSM Temecula BSBA students through their academic and professional journey. BOSS intends to provide all business students with opportunity and knowledge to venture out into the professional world beyond college. Our goal is to encourage creativity and create an environment where students can experience the business field from profe

ssionals and each other to initiate their skills in future careers

We plan to educate students on the techniques and proceedings of a business environment, how a company runs and regulates, prepare students for a career in the general business field, provide networking opportunities, and host guest speakers and company tours. We are a newly formed organization that is excited and determined to fulfill our goals. YOU are a BOSS!

Thank you to all of our members and guests who attended our end-of-semester Holiday Social Mixers. We hope it was as fun and full of enjoyment for you as it was for us to organize. Our leadership team recognizes how much you work you’ve put on this semester and wanted to reward you with nice and relaxing retreat away from all of the presentations and assignments.

We are almost done with 2025! And what more to celebrate by ending the year with giving back to the community.

This December, we are teaming up with Project TOUCH (Together Our Unity Conquers Homelessness) to support families in need. Let’s spread some holiday cheer and make an impact to our local community! Make sure to sign the sign-up sheet in RM228 TVC (2nd Floor)

Save the date for Monday, October 27th (12-1pm, TVC RM228) to learn more about MIS with Ryan Mohammadpour! If you are undecided or conflicted in what type of career path you want to get into — this will be a great opportunity to get a glimpse of what field you can potentially work in!

This is open to all cohorts, so please spread the word! We would love for everyone to come. Food and refreshments will also be provided. So, come with open ears and a hungry stomach 🤗

Recapping Tuesday, September 16, BOSS (Business Organization of Student Success) hosted a Public Speaking Workshop focused on building confidence, refining delivery, and learning how to connect with an audience. 🎤 !

Special shoutout to Christina Lindley for informing us and leading us to be confident individuals! 👏 💙

Workshops like these give students the tools to grow as leaders and communicators—skills that will carry far beyond the classroom. Thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a success! Hope to see everyone in our next meeting! 🤩
