A few days ago, I asked if any former Avon Ambassadors had been thinking about giving Avon another try. Well, Deborah B decided to come back and do just that! 💜

Welcome back, Deborah Broxton ! I’m so glad to have you with us again, and I look forward to helping you get started.

Sometimes you’ve thought about coming back, but you’re wondering, “What would I do differently this time?”

That’s a conversation we can have. Let’s talk about your schedule, who you could share Avon with, and a practical plan to work toward your first $100 order.

If Avon has been on your mind, message me or comment “LET’S TALK.” You don’t have to have everything figured out to start the conversation.

Help me welcome Deborah Brocton back! 👏🏾 Tag a former Ambassador or share this with someone who may be ready to try again.

Good morning! ☀️ If you’re up early—or still awake with a lot on your mind—here’s a little encouragement.

Your age, your responsibilities, or how long you’ve been away doesn’t erase what God placed in you. You have experience, gifts, and something to share.

Ask yourself today: “What do I have in my hand, and who can I help with it?”

One phone call. One conversation. One small step. Give yourself permission to begin again. 💛

What’s one step you’re taking for yourself today? Share below so we can encourage one another.

Follow Empower Yourself with Avon for encouragement and ideas to help you move forward, one step at a time.

Look what I found from 2019! ❤️

This was one of our Avon training days. Patrick was right there helping while we were learning and working the business.

Fast-forward to today…

Deborah back! 🎉

Just 3 days ago, I made a post asking if any former Avon Ambassadors had been thinking about giving Avon another try. She was one of the ladies I tagged.

Today she signed back up — and she already has over $100 in orders ready for her first campaign! 👏🏾

This is what I mean when I say I don’t just want someone to sign up. I want to help you come back with a plan.

If you’ve been thinking about giving Avon another try, let’s talk about how we can put a plan together for your first $100 order before you even get started.

Welcome back Deborah!❤️

Like this post, tag a former Avon Ambassador who may be ready to come back, and share it with someone who needs to see it.

Today let us stop chasing opportunities and start looking for problems to solve.

We pray, “God, open a door. Send me an opportunity. Show me what’s next.”

But sometimes we’re so busy looking for the next opportunity that we overlook what’s already right in front of us.

What needs to be fixed?
What could be done differently?
What do people keep struggling with?
What need do you keep noticing?

And then ask yourself:

What do I already have in my hand that could help solve it?

Maybe that’s where the opportunity is.

Sometimes the opportunity doesn’t show up looking like an opportunity. Sometimes it shows up as a problem that needs a solution—and God has already put something in your hand to help solve it.

So instead of always asking, “God, where is my next opportunity?”

Maybe we should be asking:

“God, what problem are You showing me, and what have You already put in my hand?”

That change in mindset might cause you to see that the opportunity you’ve been looking for has been right in front of you all along.

If this spoke to you, share it with someone who needs to hear it and follow me for more faith, purpose, and real-life encouragement. ❤️

October Breast Cancer Awareness Throwback

October brings back memories. 🎀

This photo was taken in 2018 during an Avon breast cancer awareness event.

Looking at it today reminds me that my Avon journey has never been just about selling products.

I’ve had opportunities to connect with women, participate in community events, and be part of conversations that matter.

Years later, I’m still here. Still an Avon Ambassador. Still making connections.

What Avon memory do you remember?

If you enjoy seeing pieces of my Avon journey, follow my page and share this post with someone who has been part of the Avon story too.

Are there any former Avon Ambassadors who have been thinking about giving Avon another try?

With Avon now under new leadership, you may be wondering what’s changed and what the opportunity looks like today.

If Avon has crossed your mind lately, I’d love to hear from you.

What would make you consider giving Avon another try? 👇🏽

And if you’re not just thinking about coming back, but you’re serious about getting back to work and ready to make a commitment to building your business, let’s talk.

No pressure. No hard sell. Just a conversation about whether this is the right time for you to take another look at Avon.

And if you know a former Ambassador who might be thinking about coming back, share this with them. You never know who may be ready for a fresh start with Avon.

If this conversation resonates with you, leave a like or comment so I know you’re here.

Another Skin So Soft throwback! ❤️🐴

This time, it’s not me holding the bottle—it’s the customer who purchased it for the stable!

Standing in front of that wall filled with horses, with the Skin So Soft and bags in hand. 🐴❤️

I love finding these old photos because they remind me that the Mobile Avon Lady journey has always been about real people, real products, and real connections.

And yes… Skin So Soft has been part of that journey for a long time! ❤️

Have you been using Skin So Soft for years too? Tell me how you use yours in the comments! 👇🏾

And if you’re ready to bring a little Skin So Soft back into your routine, shop with the Mobile Avon Lady! 🛍️❤️

Sometimes the person devaluing what you have to offer isn’t the person in front of you.

Sometimes… it’s you.

I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately because I’ve caught myself asking:

“Will people pay for this?”

“Is this too much?”

“What if nobody signs up?”

And sometimes we never say those things out loud. You can see it in the way we present what we offer.

We lower the price.
We give away too much.
We make ourselves smaller.

And sometimes we call it being humble or having a servant’s heart.

But I’m learning that generosity and devaluing yourself are not the same thing.

I can bless people AND value what I bring.

I can create a paid opportunity AND make room for someone who needs a scholarship.

I can serve people AND value my time.

Most importantly, I can stop making someone else’s decision to invest—or not invest—the measure of my worth.

So if God has given you an idea, a gift, a business, a program or something you know you’re supposed to do, don’t be afraid to put a value on it.

Instead of asking, “Will they pay?”

Ask yourself, “What is the value of what I’m offering?”

You don’t have to convince everyone.

You just have to stop convincing yourself that what you have to offer isn’t worth much.

Empower yourself.
Stand in your value.
And don’t be afraid to ask for what your offering is worth. ❤️

EMPOWER YOURSELF THROUGH SELF-CARE

Self-care isn’t just about how you look. It’s about making the decision to pause, take care of yourself, and give yourself permission to receive.

That is one of the things I love about connecting with women and discovering businesses that create spaces for women to do just that.

Today, I want to highlight Aesthetics & Wellness Spa.

I connected with Chantilly through our Mama Bearer™ Brunch in March, where they generously provided complimentary services for our attendees. It was a beautiful reminder that sometimes empowerment looks like simply allowing yourself to be cared for.

From aesthetic services and skincare to wellness and relaxation, Chantilly offers women opportunities to make themselves a priority.

And yes—sometimes self-care can be as simple as taking a few minutes for your skincare routine at home. Other times, it may mean scheduling a facial, enjoying a massage, or giving yourself permission to step away from the demands of everyday life.

Self-care can look different in every season.

This is what I mean when I say Empower Yourself.

It’s not about perfection.
It’s not about vanity.
It’s about remembering that you matter, too.

💗 Take the time.
💗 Make the appointment.
💗 Use the product.
💗 Take the breath.
💗 Pour back into yourself.

You deserve to be cared for—not just by everyone else, but by you.

A BIRTHDAY THROWBACK TO 2023… 💜

This photo was taken on my birthday at an Avon convention in 2023 with Milagros.

We already knew each other, and she knew my son Patrick as well. What makes this particular memory stand out is that Patrick was in the hospital at the time, and Milagros genuinely cared about how he was doing.

That moment reminded me of something I’ve learned throughout my years with Avon.

Sometimes in network marketing, you can feel like you’re just another number. But I’ve learned that being genuine and approachable can mean so much more than a title ever could.

Milagros is a top Avon leader, but when I think about her, I don’t just think about her rank. I think about the person I already knew — someone who took the time to ask about my son and genuinely wanted to know how he was doing.

That’s connection.

Your Avon sister doesn’t have to have the same rank, title, team size or years in the business for the connection to be real.

Because at the end of the day, titles tell you where someone is in the business. They don’t tell you who that person is.

After 13 years with Avon, those genuine connections are some of the things I value most.

A birthday throwback, but more importantly, a reminder that people remember how you made them feel. 💜
