IASCOE held their Board Meeting today at the Piatt County USDA Building and honored LeAnn Noon Oltmanns, Past IASCOE President, since she retired from FSA on July 31st.🎉🎉 IASCOE thanks LeAnn for her hardworking 39.5 years with ASCS/FSA and dedicated service to IASCOE/NASCOE with your many duties of membership chair in the MWA & IL and Executive Officer positions with IASCOE! IASCOE wishes you the best in your retirement years!!

The Illinois delegation enjoyed a enjoyable week in Sault Ste Marie, MI July 28th through August 2nd hosted my Kaye Vining and the Michigan members. Illinois was well represented with 29 total attendance of members, retirees, Illinois SED, and family. Jacey Fears Cordova and Hannah Clough was the Illinois delegates for the week of the convention. Carolyn Slightom, IASCOE President, served as the NASCOE Convention Chair, and Travis Eisele served as the NASCOE National Benefits and Emblems Chair. Our own Stacia Slover was elected as our MWA Exec on Friday! Tammy Morrison was presented with a 40 year NASCOE Membership Certificate and MWA Scholarship Judging Certificate of Appreciation. Randy Tillman, IL Retiree, provided the audio for the week of the convention, and Charlene Neukomm, Illinois Retiree, was appointed RASCOE Midwest Area Representative.

As you can tell, Illinois was well represented, and the 67th NASCOE Annual Convention was a big success! A thank you to Michigan for their hospitality during the week. It was perfect, and the Illinois delegation loved the cooler temps!!
