Caring Medical Staffing, LLC will be offering support for individuals who need to brush up on their CNA knowledge and skills and feel more confident and prepared for their CNA State Exam.

Now Hiring: CNA Instructor – Day & Evening Cohorts

Caring Medical Staffing, LLC is preparing to launch our Evening Nurse Assistant Training Cohort and we are currently seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and motivated CNA Instructor to join our growing healthcare education team.

This is an exciting opportunity to help train and mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals while making a direct impact in the community.

Ideal candidate should have experience in long-term care and a passion for education, leadership, and student success. Teaching experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:
Provide classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction to CNA students
Prepare students for successful completion of the Nurse Aide competency exam
Support and mentor students throughout the training program
Maintain compliance with Massachusetts CNA training regulations and program standards
Assist with student evaluations, attendance, and clinical documentation

Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing
Minimum nursing experience as required by state regulations
Long-term care experience preferred
Teaching or training experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills
