Caring Medical Staffing, LLC is seeking a qualified and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a temporary school nurse assignment!

📍 Position: School Nurse – LPN (Westfield MA)
💰 Pay Rate: $45 per hour
📅 Duration: Approximately 8 weeks
📋 Employment Type: Temporary Contract Position

Qualifications & Requirements:

Current, active Massachusetts LPN license in good standing
Current CPR/BLS certification
Experience in nursing, pediatrics, school nursing, or a similar setting preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and provide safe, compassionate student care
Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to student health and safety

The ideal candidate will be dependable, compassionate, and comfortable supporting the health and well-being of students in a school environment.

Thank you, State Representative Carlos Gonzalez, for taking the time to visit Caring Medical Staffing, LLC and learn more about our mission to create pathways to healthcare careers, economic opportunity, and a better future for the people in our community.

Hearing Jyzell share how becoming a CNA gave her the career and work-life balance she needed to be present for her daughter was incredibly powerful. And seeing her already dream bigger and envisioning her own wraparound nutrition services is exactly the kind of impact we hope to create.

We were also honored to have Jayshalyn’s story represented through her letter sharing how our program helped change the direction of her life and shape her future.

We’ve heard from many former students who have completed their CNA program but either haven’t taken their state exam yet, have taken some time away from the material, or simply want a refresher before testing.
