Our fall quarterly meeting brought the Gresser team together to review our 3 years goals and 10 year target, discuss the core values that guide our work, and share updates on current and upcoming projects.

Safety remained a key focus, with discussions on job-site inspections, PPE, OSHA and CPR training. These conversations help us keep safety part of every decision, every day.

Form work is what gives concrete its shape, but its job goes far beyond that.

When concrete is placed, fresh concrete can create thousands of pounds of pressure against the forms. Every panel, tie, brace, and connection plays a role in safely holding that pressure while creating the shape and finish shown on the plans.

Today, on National Tradesmen Day, we’re proud to recognize the hardworking men and women who make projects like this possible.

Our Michael’s Foods Cold Storage project in Jordan, MN is a great example of the skill, dedication, and teamwork our crews bring to the jobsite every day. With just under 4,500 cubic yards of concrete placed on this project, there’s a lot of hard work behind what you see in this video.

Thank you to all of our Gresser tradesmen for the long days, early mornings, and craftsmanship you bring to every project. We’re proud of the work you do!
