Stumbled upon this. How many of us leverage our privilege to influence and do the right thing, for POC at work, in a social setting, at a grocery store, anywhere, etc?

In all honesty, its been a growth mindset for me and then putting into practice, in the hiring process, within my social setting, where ever I can. I'm learning how to speak up every single day, listen, hear, and have these conversations, I feel this is the only way to unpack my privilege.
