Detail cleaning: dusting cleaning locker rooms, showers, fitness areas, trash recycle. Pressure washing locker rooms and showers. Sweeping/mopping, cleaning restrooms. This position will require a detailed criminal background check!

CCS is looking for a Full-Time Night Area Manager in the Renton area.

Starting pay $23/Salary

This position will include a company vehicle and company gas card

Position Details:

Manage current and new employee's

Deliver supplies to assigned sites (20 sites)

Must have a clean Driving Record and valid Driver's License

Must be willing to work as a team and help employee's and other Night Managers when needed.

CCS Facility Services is currently looking for 3 part-time night janitors in the George town area.

Schedule: Sunday thru Thursday 7:30PM - 2:00AM (with a 30 minute lunch)
Pay Rate: $17.00/Hourly

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sweep & mop hard floors, Vacuum carpeted areas, clean and stock all Restrooms, dusting, cleaning tables/counters, trash/recycle, thorough cleaning of all common areas. This is a very detailed position, and will require attention to detail. Must be able a self starter and take direction from your night area manager.

Must be able to work as a team
Must have reliable transportation
Must have at least 1 year of Janitorial experience
