Recently, we’ve seen more conversations online from candidates who feel unheard or overlooked during the recruitment process. The truth is, we understand that feeling.
Behind every application is someone hoping for an opportunity, and that matters.
At the same time, the recruitment process often involves realities that aren’t always visible from the outside. A single role can receive hundreds of applications, shortlists are often limited to just a handful of candidates, and ultimately the hiring decision sits with the company we are recruiting for.
Our role as recruiters is to connect the right people with the right opportunities while managing a process that can involve thousands of applications every week.
That doesn’t mean your effort goes unnoticed.
