We're excited to announce $3.6M in funding and the launch of our fully-automated platform, which uses AI to assess and match talent with companies. Our round is led by and includes participation from Scott Sandell (CEO of NEA), , Link Ventures, and 2 | Twelve.
We believe that everyone should have access to the best opportunities, regardless of where they were born. Current hiring processes arbitrarily shortlist candidates by the prestige of schools they’ve attended or companies they’ve worked at instead of their actual abilities.
To solve this, we’ve built AI vetting infrastructure that affords everyone the opportunity to showcase their skills. For example, our AI interviewer joins a video call and has a real-time conversation based on full context about a candidate's background, from previous work experiences to their most impressive personal projects.
Our talent pool consists of over 100,000 users spanning 25 countries. We’ve placed talent from around the world at over 50 companies, and want to enable everyone to access their dream job.
