We're placing one (maybe two) associate veterinarians at a well-established mixed animal practice in central Arizona, about 50 miles from Phoenix, with a loyal client base, great equipment, and genuine partnership potential down the road.

Equine only? Small animal only? Both? They're open to it. Salary-based comp (not ProSal), a rotating on-call schedule, and a team that'll back you up, without micromanaging you.

Here's what we see over and over again, generic titles that say nothing, a list of requirements with no mention of what's actually in it for the candidate, "competitive salary" where a number should be, and nothing that gives a real sense of what working there actually feels like.

Great talent is out there. Your job post just isn't speaking to them yet.
