Our Story

CC Capital Group was built out of the necessity to find a solution for all the following: - Call centers that over charge, - Outsourced sales companies that talk a big game and deliver nothing, - Difficulty in finding the right person thru job post, - High turnover, - Cubicles, - W2s, - 1099s, - Work comp insurance, - Performance based pay that delivers bad results, - And most importantly, the sense of entitlement by in-house reps with attendance problems. Our Founder, Chad Castruita, was the VP of Operations in a technology company based in LA and was responsible to setup and manage a team of 50 in-house sales reps. They lost hundreds and thousands of dollars in high turnover and constant recruitment and training issues, which crippled their operations. They tried the US and overseas call centers, but quickly found that the call centers are the dying breed with their sweatshop environment where you don’t know who is working for you and who is representing your brand, you simply have no control over the process. They had no choice but to figure this out themselves. They decided to go to develop a model leveraging two things, i) technology ii) remote worker movement, a model where you know who is working for you and who is representing your brand. They created a remote workforce model that worked beautifully and was proven to be a better version of sales and service outsourcing. After leaving the company our Founder decided to create CC Capital Group with the same model to help companies that are dealing with the same problem. Today we serve over 100 U.S. Companies, both small and large, Fortune 500 to Inc. 5000, we’re highly rated on Clutch, and we are A+ Rated on BBB (Better Business Bureau).
