Good morning Mike,
We discussed that there were going to be obstacles that is why your branding is so crucial. As far as 'desired salary' - 'salary requirements', you have to put down a number and you should research what that position pays in the region. Many applications will not accept words or a range, they want a number. So if the resource says a range pick a number in the middle. So if the pay range is 45,000 - 55,000 put down 50,000.

When you are going to recommend a service provider or a friend, there is a recommend tab under each employment section. Click on that to recommend the person for that particular position, also you go to the skills section and click on the skills you know that person to posses and perform well. You do not have to work with them or for them if you know they are good at what they do but do not click lightly, 3 sincere clicks is better than 8 BS clicks. If you noticed, I recommended you for team leadership under the skills section. I know your background and felt comfortable recommending you for that, your co-workers and associates should to recommend you also. They 'know' you, and you should recommend them as well with sincerity. This is part of your relationship building.

What I do for service providers that I like is emailing a link of their web site to my sphere with a short note, "Save this link for when you need I have used , they are a great value and have a great track record." – watch how this consideration makes you a VIP in their eyes.
