We're beyond thrilled to share that Erin has been promoted from California Branch Manager to Director of Sales & Recruiting here at Legacy Apartment Staffing!
If you've ever worked with Erin, you already know why. ❤️ She leads with heart, mentors with patience, and shows up for her teams and clients every single day. That kind of leadership doesn't go unnoticed, and we're so grateful to see it recognized.
So what does her new role look like? Here's a peek:
-Continuing to lead our San Diego County Branch and serving as the go-to contact for our California clients
-Overseeing all current and future Branch Managers and Recruiting/Staffing Managers
-Playing a major role in our East Coast branch expansions 🌎
-Deepening our involvement with the NAA and other apartment associations
-Growing the supplier partnerships and network we value so deeply
