And how to avoid them!

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from working with wedding and event pros (first as a bride and now as an HR consultant), it’s that the reward of bringing a dream celebration to life is practically immediate. Whether it’s a grand celebration with every last picture perfect detail planned to a T, or an intimate family gathering steeped in tradition and authentic love, the planners and pros behind the scenes live for those moments just as much as their clients do.

But just as wedding pros hit those highs, they’re often way too short-lived. Even if they’ve done their job perfectly, something out of their control can send things into chaos just as quickly. And in an industry where reputation is everything, there’s a lot of pressure to keep the chaos at bay.
