**Field Service Systems Engineer**
The ideal candidate for this role will be customer focused, passionate about science and technology, and passionate to enable customers in anyway possible. The candidate should have basic understanding of semiconductor processing and the integral role the metrology equipment plays within the process. Proven understanding of engineering problem solving methods, statistical process control, and Gauge repeatability and reproducibility calculations. Proven experience of analytical capability, theoretical understanding of physics, working knowledge of electronics, mechanics, control systems, computers, networking, and common tooling such as oscilloscope, multi-meter, etc… to be an effective independent problem solver of complex system, product user, and/or application issues.

Compensation: 80K+ base salary depending on experience and qualifications plus OT
Benefits: Comprehensive and competitive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k), paid
vacation, holidays, and tuition assistance (as applicable).
Training and travel: Position will involve considerable domestic and possibly international travel (as allowed) for training.

Shift: M – F work schedule with on-call as needed
Additional Qualifications Preferred but not Required:
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 1 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.

**X-Ray Field Service Engineer**

The ideal candidate for this role is someone with a goal of getting into the medical devices servicing field. This role is open to both candidates with a strong electronics background or biomedical engineering background. You will need to have some electronic, digital, optical, and radiological competency. More importantly, you are trainable and eager to learn. You will need to be comfortable with preventive maintenance, be able to troubleshoot and isolate malfunctions, replace and repair defective components, install medical equipment considering power and space requirements, and record all services performed.

Location: Portland, OR

Compensation: $27-30hr +OT/ Depending on Experience

Travel: This is not a high overnight travel role, as most of your work will be at client sites within driving distance of your home. You may on occasion be required to travel outside of your immediate territory for work, but these trips are typically planned with advance notice.

**Onsight Service Manager** Lehi, UT**

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair of equipment. Also, the candidate will utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose root cause, and make reliability improvement recommendations.

Location:Lehi, UT

Shift: Likely second shift being a new hire. Flexibility is a must, expect rotating on-call status/weekend availability. Shift differential is provided!

Compensation: $25 - $27+ p/h on a compressed work schedule + shift differential (2nd shift). Pay increase expected within the first 6 months based on performance. Total projected compensation
with OT is $70K+ within the first year based on performance. Potential sign-on bonus/relocation assistance provided.
