mbers, and prospective members. While it is our intention to never ban individuals from our page, if content becomes abusive, inflammatory, or inappropriate, we will remove that content and block the offending users so as to allow constructive and beneficial conversations. While this is an open forum, it's also a family friendly one, so please keep your comments and wall posts clean. In addition to keeping it family friendly, we ask that you follow our posting guidelines. If you don't comply, your message will be removed. We're open to any and all feedback and will do our best to address the situation and provide prompt service. To protect our members’ privacy, we may ask you to send us appropriate details in a private channel to authenticate your identity. Behavior that may necessitate banning from USAA page:
Bumping: Posts that serve to repeat existing content to bring them to the top of the wall or to “spam” the page. Repeated Violations: If you are found to repeatedly violate the content guidelines above, you may risk being banned from the USAA page. You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments, your username and any information provided. USAA's community managers are not equipped or permitted to discuss or moderate discussions about threatened or current litigation against the company. Communications of this nature must be conducted through secure and private channels. As a result, posts that mention specific litigation will be promptly hidden and USAA will not engage in discussions related to the same on Facebook.
