I was referred by a friend to Krishna Perkins and thank goodness I was!! This was my very first home buying experience and I had no idea what I was in for, but with Krishna's guidance and expertise I felt more confident about each decision I made along the way. He was always available to me during the process, always willing to explain the little details to me (and I had A LOT of questions!) and above all such a genuine and kind person to work with. The house buying process was scary and intimidating for me since I was a first-timer, but I really felt like Krishna was always looking out for my best interest and that made everything seem a lot less scary! I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone! Carolyn Villarreal

I live in California and due to my brother's passing away in Texas I came to San Antonio to take on the responsibility of taking care of my brother's estate, which included selling the home. A realtor friend of mine in California researched carefully to find an honest realtor in San Antonio for me, and found Krishna to help me to sell the home. Coming to my brother's home was heart wrenching as I went through his personal belongings. The first day that Krishna came to the home to help me to sell it, he actually called me that night not to talk about the home, but to actually check up on me just to see how I was doing in regards to the loss of my brother. Krishna didn't see me as just a client, but treated me as a friend. I personally don't believe that there is a better realtor in San Antonio than Krishna Perkins. He is a compassionate professional who cares about the people he works with. Due to administrative and court hurdles, the home took 15 months to sell. I have never seen a sales professional go through so many challenges helping his client, and still maintain amazingly supernatural patience and calm. To add to his injury, Krishna was hardly going to make any money from the sale of the home because so much money was still owed on the home. I believe other brokers would have given up and would have went to find a "bigger fish to fry" but Krishna believed in finishing what he began. This is called character. Even amidst other professionals misunderstanding Krishna by thinking he was stalling the process of the sale of the home when the delay was not his fault, he did not take it personal. I hope to one day move to San Antonio from California because I love the people here, and if I do move, I will immediately call Krishna to help me to find a place. Krishna is a genuine, honest and gracious business professional. If you do not use Krishna as your realtor, you are seriously gambling with one of the biggest investments of your life. Bobby Lau

Just closed last week. 👇

An investor/Realtor from California reached out to me about 60 days ago after watching one of my foreclosure videos here in San Antonio.

He wanted to take a shot at a property that was listed around $180,000. I gave him my thoughts on what HUD might take… and he actually went in LOWER than that.

At first? Rejected.

A few days later? Accepted.

Final price: $158,000
Home is only about 3 years old.

When I walked it, it was basically turnkey.
– Carpet just needed cleaning
– No ceiling fans
– No microwave
– Inspection was clean with only minor items

He added new fans, a microwave, freshened up the carpet… and now we’re looking at an after-repair value around $215,000.

He may flip it.
He may rent it.
Either way — it’s a strong position.

Here’s the bigger point…

The opportunities right now are not going to the people sitting on the sidelines.

They’re going to the people who ASK.

That’s the market we’re in.

If you don’t ask, you don’t get.

And this isn’t some wild, risky house. It was a clean, 3-year-old foreclosure in our backyard here in San Antonio.

Now here’s the crazy part…

We also made a bid on an even better deal in Forney, Texas.
Because of some owner-occupancy legal tripwires, we couldn’t keep that one — but it’s still available.

And when I tell you it’s better than this one… it’s better.

If you want details, message me and I’ll send them over.

No pressure. No hassle. Just information.

Opportunities are happening right now.
But they’re going to the people who raise their hand.
