We want to take a moment and honor the man behind the mission, the Dream... The master mind with a now 14 year history of embodying not just a "Dream" but a vision for our future and action to move an entire city forward in the right direction.

It takes more than saying you want to accomplish an idea, more than saying there needs to be change; it takes action and becoming the change you want to see. and the entire team have done just that! The best part is, there is still more work to do, more people to reach, more opportunities to make, more dreams to have and dreams to give voice to.

DON'T CALL IT A COMEBACK...

This is a RESURGENCE; a RISING to the challenge to be the change, to co-create and to build lasting networks, bridges and connections.

The time away spent in solitude was needed for clarity and peace to be at the forefront of the "why." At some point the burnout and doubt became bigger than the progress and the noise from those not doing the moving but only talking became louder than the voice ordering my steps. I had to get back to me, to sit quiet long enough to hear HIM say, "Move!" It was the push from Neka Cleaver who encouraged me to stop looking back at what was but to keep my eyes on what's next. THANK YOU!!🫶🏽

One of my root people put out a business blast and the audible "NOW," was too clear to be ignored. For your continued patience, encouragement, prayer, expertise, the BEST hugs, and love Tiffanie Wilson of VOILá Design and Marketing at The Emma Shirlae Collection, I can't thank you enough.❤️ You darling, show up and show out for everyone! My prayer is that one day those same people return all the love that you give in real time. YOUR HEART SPEAKS VOLUMES of who GOD is! You've never changed and have always been real and solid and loved me and my family just the same. I LOVE YOU DEEP DEEP, and there's NOTHING you can do about it!!🥰🙏🏽😭
