Culture Enhancement, Not Just Fit

We believe that the concept of culture fit is simply too narrow. Oftentimes organizations use this term to disqualify applicants that they may have run into an unconscious bias about. We put the work in to help educate and support our clients in putting together tangible grading criteria and soft skills needed for every position we partner on.

We also complete our proprietary Cultural Enhancement Index for each role that offers a glimpse into the team, organizational, and individual impacts this new hire can or should offer in the role. Diversity is Baked In

We believe that diversity should be included in every single shortlist we present to our clients. We ensure that every single shortlist we send includes diversity of thought, background, education, and multiple other areas. We also will only present candidates to our clients in a meeting over the phone, via zoom, or in person. This allows us to take the time to walk through each candidate’s fit for the position and how we anticipate they will act as a Culture Enhancer if hired. This is why we keep our book of business intentionally small and are extremely selective with the candidates and businesses we work with everyday. We want to provide an experience unlike any other firm you have worked with, both as a candidate and as an organization. We know we cannot do that if we are all things to all people. We dedicate time and resources into truly getting to know our clients and candidates and believe that by doing so we are building lifelong partnerships, not transactional exchanges.
