By all means keep moving!

Recently, Harper shared her dream this year is to get her artwork sisplayed in a gallery. Not sure how we’ll make it happen yet, but there’s no doubt we will.

The funny thing about dreams, are that they can become a reality if and only if we do the work. Let us all commit to fulfilling our dreams, helping each other achieve dreams, and keeping Dr. King’s legacy alive.

Start by asking yourself, what can you do to be part of the solution? Changemakers don’t have an age limit, let us al keep moving!

Harper was telling me how some older boy at school did the “L” sign (loser) at her and her friend.

After we talked through it and she confirmed she understands his opinion of her doesn’t matter & is irrelevant to where she’s going in her life.

I reminder her that she is a whole PUBLISHED AUTHOR (x6) so there is nothing o’ boy can say to my child that will take her accomplishments away… sorry kid wrong one! While you were playing in the sandbox being mean she was on your television screen promoting her books 🤷🏾‍♀️😂

Humble brag… invest in your kids people. It has way more to do with confidence and sense of self… the extra coins are just a little bonus 😅😉😜

WATCH OUT WORLD, FUTURE SCIENTIST IN THE MOVE! 🧬🔬🥼🧫🧪
Today we calebrate STEM for national STEM DAY and we’re highlighting our favorite future scientist: HARPER!
Harper LOVES anything related to schence specifically astronomy and geology. For her birthday this year she got a lab coat, microscope, books and other fun items to fuel her passion!
National STEM/STEAM Day is celebrated every year to encourage kids to explore their interests in science, technology, engineering, arts and math careers.
Cheers to encouraging more girls and girls of color to expand their scientific curiosity!
