My journey in recruiting started as a volunteer with Forward Service Corporation, where I taught résumé writing and interview preparation classes. From there, I joined Catholic Charities, where I helped create a partnership with our
local aid office to give participants hands-on office experience through volunteer placements. As the program coordinator, I had the privilege of interviewing and selecting volunteers who were eager to build new skills and confidence. Eventually, I joined Pinnacle Logistics, starting as a Human Resources Coordinator and working my way up to Human Resources Supervisor. During my time there, I interviewed, hired, and onboarded thousands of employees—and discovered just how much I love connecting people with opportunities that help them grow. Helping job seekers reach their goals is truly my passion.
