Temporary to Hire: In our temporary to hire program the employee remains on our payroll for 560 hours while you, and they, determine fit before you hire and become vulnerable to unemployment costs. Once the 560-hour period has elapsed, the individual is transferred to your permanent payroll and there are no additional fees or charges assessed to you. Liquidation Buy Out: In our liquidation buy-out program, you may hire permanently at any point before the 560-hour period has elapsed by paying liquidation damages. Liquidation charges are computed on a sliding scale basis, based on the permanent salary being offered. With the liquidation buy-out the fee is a nonrefundable, no guarantee transaction. Our Direct Hire Program: With a direct hire we offer permanent placement services for a fee of 20% of the employees agreed upon annual salary. Our 20% placement guarantee offers a prorated 60-day refund. Contracts (Local/Travel): QSS offers full time contracts to all facilities.
