• General labor and construction trades exposure — roofing, siding, drywall finish, concrete.
• Comfortable with all shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, weekends. Zero scheduling drama.
• Shows up with his own steel-toe boots, hard hat, and flame-resistant clothing already in hand.
• Ready for background check and drug screen — no hesitation.
• Dependable transportation lined up and confirmed — shows up on time, every time.
