Congratulations, Diana! š Weāre celebrating not just your graduation, but the journey weāre grateful to have been part of.
At PeopleWise, we believe that a meaningful opportunity can become an important part of someoneās bigger journey.
Dianaās story is one that weāre especially happy to share.
After moving to New Zealand for personal reasons, Diana continued her studies online while adjusting to a new environment. Finding an internship opportunity in New Zealand was challenging, so she took the initiative to reach out to our HR Director, Cristine, to ask if she could apply for an internship with PeopleWise.
Her request was approved, and Diana became part of our Marketing team.
What started as an internship became an opportunity for her to learn, contribute, share her Gen Z perspective, and experience what it means to be part of a workplace that values people.
And now, weāre proud to see her reach an important milestone: graduating from De La Salle University ā DasmariƱas with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, specializing in Advertising. š
Weāre grateful that Diana chose to reach out to PeopleWise and that we had the opportunity to be part of her journey.
Her experience is also a reminder of what we believe in: sometimes, giving someone an opportunity is about more than filling a role. Itās about creating space for someone to learn, grow, contribute, and move closer to their goals.
Here is Dianaās reflection on her PeopleWise journey:
To the whole marketing team of PeopleWiseāthank you for not treating me like ājust an intern,ā but like someone who had something fresh and meaningful to bring to the table. It felt so good to know that even as I was learning from you, you were also excited about the Gen Z perspective I brought. That two-way learning is something Iāll always carry with me.
One of my favorite things about PeopleWise was our Check-Ins. I looked forward to those Friday one-on-one calls where we talked not just about tasks, but how I was doing mentally and emotionally. It showed me how much this company values people. And the General Meetingsāwhere we all shared our weekly highlights, lowlights, and goalsāthose really inspired me. It made me realize what a healthy and encouraging organization looks like.
Thank you as well for the one-on-one lessonsāfrom copywriting to video editing. It wasnāt just about learning the skill; it was learning with real-life examples, with people who genuinely wanted to help. That made a big difference.
Iām bringing with me not just a stronger resume, but real growth. I now feel more confident in my copywriting, social media skills, and marketing research. But more importantly, I learned how to work with a team, how to communicate better, and how to thrive in an environment that values collaboration, kindness, and initiative. Iām really going to miss working with you all. But Iāll always look back on this experience with so much gratitude. Thank you for making me feel welcome, seen, and appreciated.
And as PeopleWise always saysāāWe hire for attitude and train for skills.ā Thatās exactly what I experienced here. And for that, Iāll always be grateful.
Congratulations, Diana! š
Weāre proud of how far youāve come, and weāre honored that PeopleWise could be part of this chapter of your journey.
May this milestone open the door to many more opportunities, challenges, and achievements ahead. Weāre excited to see where your journey takes you next.
At PeopleWise, we donāt just create jobs. We create opportunities for people to learn, contribute, grow, and become better versions of themselves. š§”š
