Huge appreciation to our supporters 🤝⚓️

Because hauling the MTD Pro Rig across America so grown men can competitively throw lines at metal objects gets expensive fast. 😂

For real though… every sponsor, supporter, and company backing Maritime Throwdown is helping us recruit, train, and retain the next generation of mariners.

We’ll be in Nashville from May 27–29 for the Inland Marine Expo (IMX) 2026, the annual gathering for the marine transportation and logistics industry focused on strengthening commerce, building relationships, and moving the inland waterways forward.

We’ll be there alongside Maritime Throwdown, who we’re proud to sponsor, and looking forward to connecting with partners, customers, and others across the industry to talk through the challenges and opportunities shaping operations from the Great Lakes down to the Gulf.

If you’re attending, stop by and see us at booth #1220!

Brooklyn brought the energy. 🔥⚓️

Maritime Throwdown rolled into in Brooklyn, NY for a hands-on safety training day with a million dollar view of New York City in the background. 🗽

This wasn’t a sit-down class with a slideshow.
This was on your feet, line in your hands, crew behind you cheering, learning through action type training. 💪

We reinforced the safety culture these crews already hear every day… just from a different angle. Real scenarios. Real reps. Real engagement. From line handling and communication to awareness around line of fire, pinch points and teamwork, the goal is making safer mariners through experiential learning.

The competition side is just the catalyst. The real win is getting crews engaged, working together, and building confidence while having fun doing it. 🎯

Big respect to the team at Red Hook Terminal. Great attitudes, great participation, and a crew willing to learn and compete. Also appreciate the support from members of The Signal Group helping push safety initiatives that actually connect with mariners. 👏

And yes… scores are officially hitting the leaderboard. 👀🏆
