Job description
We are looking for an organized, outgoing sales and customer service professional to join our team. No previous leasing experience required!

Responsibilities

Present apartments, houses or other properties to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
Promote unoccupied properties through various media and advertising techniques
Provide accurate information on the different features of properties
Validate application information and references
Keep abreast of the property market status
Receive and process maintenance requests
Skills

Proven work experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales
Basic understanding of MS Office
Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills
Knowledge of marketing and sales techniques
Customer-focused approach
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 per year plus Bonus
