🚨 NOW HIRING: FIELD REPRESENTATIVE – STEEL CONSTRUCTION 🚨

Are you an experienced Steel Er****on / Structural Steel professional looking for a role where you can be out in the field, take ownership, and work on major construction projects across the East Coast?

We’re looking for a Field Representative to join our team on a DIRECT HIRE basis!

💰 $90,000 – $110,000 + FULL BENEFITS (Health insurance is 100% paid by the employer for the employee and 50% paid for family members. Short-term and long-term disability insurance is also 100% paid by the employer.)
📍 100% Travel – East Coast
🗺️ Projects from Virginia to the Southern U.S.
🏠 HOME EVERY WEEKEND — except in the event of an occasional project emergency
🚗 If you live close enough to a project, you may be able to drive directly to the jobsite.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing
• Represent the company on active construction sites and work directly with the GC, erector and project management teams
• Coordinate steel er****on activities and monitor site progress
• Inspect steel members and identify fabrication/fit-up issues
• Perform field measurements and verify existing structures, dimensions and steel shapes
• Read blueprints and provide marked-up drawings/photos when issues arise
• Coordinate logistics for steel, deck and material deliveries
• Verify T&M and back charges
• Perform site surveys and 3D scanning for record keeping, troubleshooting and VIF
• Assist with material transportation, loading/offloading and site logistics
• Operate forklifts/lulls when needed
• Maintain accurate daily project documentation
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with OSHA fall protection requirements

👷 What We're Looking For
✔️ 5+ years of experience preferred in steel er****on, structural steel or steel construction
✔️ Strong blueprint/plan reading skills
✔️ Comfortable working directly with contractors and site leadership
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔️ Self-starter who can work independently
✔️ Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
✔️ Comfortable climbing ladders, working from lifts/man baskets and moving around active steel construction sites
✔️ Basic to moderate surveying/field measuring experience is a plus
✔️ Computer proficient
