WE ARE HIRING:

Welders

Responsibilities:
• Operating necessary equipment and performing tasks necessary to complete parts to specifications.
• Preparing and set of necessary tools and equipment for welding jobs.
• Arranging of parts for welding and staging processes.
• Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i.e., continual improvements.
• Review of finished assemblies & parts to ensure accuracy against drawings & BOMs.
• Report fabrication issues and assist in resolutions as required.
• Participate in and attend cross functional meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as requested by the department manager.
• Follow, create and help maintain Welding Procedure Specifications.
• Setup welding cells for serial production runs.
• Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.
• Assemble items as instructed by supervisor.
• Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
• Follow all safety rules and quality standards.
• Work with Team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Uphold all ISO and OSHA standards applicable to the responsibilities above.
• Reading and understanding blueprints prior to starting a project
• Sourcing the materials to be used in the project
• Measuring and cutting materials to specifications
• Welding materials using the correct materials to join the metals together
• Checking finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints

• Structural Steel Superintendent.

Requirements
• Ability to pass a reading test Ability to speak and listen effectively to follow instructions in English.
• Ability to write and speak complete sentences and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of welding machinery, electrical equipment and tools.
• Outstanding attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00/HR DOE
Benefits: Benefits package available after 90 day probation period.

Our advocates:
Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans, and accessories in a fast-paced environment. Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations. Participate in outside marketing. Maintain store appearance, stocks accessories, and keep displays up to company standard. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem. Stay up to date with new products and services.
Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes. Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned.

Education, Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

Sales/Retail experience preferred

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
