SDS Staffing LCC is a Human Resource firm cm staffing agency that will be located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The company will operate as a standard human resources consulting firm with bias in recruitment and trainings.
Our services will cover areas such as; Recruitment and Training Consulting, Highly Skilled Staffing Consulting, Unskilled Staffing, Permanent Staffing Consulting, Temporary / Contract Staffing and any other related human resources services.
The reality of this is the fact that I have worked tirelessly for almost the last ten years hiring CDL holding professionals, the one thing that I always see is the lack of lasting relationships in this industry, I have always built a lasting relationship with not only the drivers that I have hired but also the customers that I have worked with as an employee and an independent contractor.
I want to do so much more for so many more people. I would like to start a staffing agency for all people regardless of the obstacles that they come across in life. I believe that people want to work and they want to feel like they are apart of something and not just a number or a name.
I want to provide jobs for those who want to work and training for those who do not know where to start.
The support you would be providing would help me in getting my business started and helping so many more.
I am looking to start my business in six to nine months and can not wait to the the faces of those that I have helped to find employment.
