Looking back at my visit to the press preview of Nation of Artists, now showing at both the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts , I’m still energized by what I saw.

The exhibition brings together artists of diverse backgrounds and mediums, all contributing to the story of how art has helped build America. In part one, I spent time exploring the newly opened galleries at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, including highlights from the Middleton Family Collection.

Keep an eye out for part two, where I’ll take you along for my visit to PAFA.
