Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts. Honestly. Knowing that yesterday created a lot of memories for ourselves and the people around us is so special. Who knew a little pub could have such a big impact?
The biggest thank you to our staff, Joel, Kate, Nicole, Candace, Ray, Omar, Luca, Andrew, Murph, Viktor, Brian, Theresa, and Aileen. And thank you to the customers who helped clean up!

The qualified candidate must be hands on leader who will be responsible for the efficient and cost-effective operations of a fast-paced food distribution facility. This position manages the entire warehouse and distribution operations

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Delivery Logistics experience
Display exceptional leadership skills
Responsible for accurate inventory and productivity levels
Proficient within the MS Office applications
The ability to run reports, gather data and prepare analysis on a daily basis
Hires, supervises, schedules, and trains personnel
Build a strong warehouse team through training and performance reviews
Reduce shrink by managing inventory through control processes
Maintain compliance to all federal, state and local regulations along with following proper guidelines set forth by OSHA, USDA and other monitoring agencies.
Must ensure trucks are loaded accurately and timely
Responsible for customers receiving orders during requested times
Communicate clearly and concisely. Keeps owners and management informed and listens carefully to input and feedback.
Enforce safety policies and procedures.
Participate in all Safety Committee meetings

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of 8+ years’ experience within a distribution environment, food and beverage distribution a plus.
Must be a hands-on manager but also a manager who can effectively delegate tasks.
