It is a free service provided by successful mentors who volunteer their talents to help people start or build their businesses.

Well it’s been a year since I took my first client for my business- Empowering Care Solutions, LLC. What a year it has been! I have connected with so many amazing people. Everyone has a story and I have been privileged to be able to hear so many stories. Finding the perfect match of caregivers and clients is the most rewarding job. I actually feel like I am presenting people with a gift. What started out as an idea has turned into a database of over 150 caregivers. I have staffed over 22 cases- from just helping with a ride to a doctor appointment to 24 hour coverage. I am excited to see where this will go. Please spread the word to your friends!

Work directly for your clients without being hired by a home care agency. There are many opportunities in the area for HHAs, CNAs, LPNs and RNs.

People want to hire caregivers privately, but they don't know where to find them. Caregivers want to work privately for their clients but are afraid they won't be able to find enough work. Empowering Care Solutions, LLC solves these problems. We interview, check references, run a background check and check certifications, licenses and vaccinations (if necessary). We meet with clients to create a plan of care and to get a feel of what their ideal caregiver would be. We offer choices of candidates that suit their personal and physical needs.

Here are current opportunities:
1) Perkasie- HHA, CNA or nurse to assist a 70 year old man with dementia. Hours are 10am-8pm 7 days per week. Can split the week but not each shift, so a 10 hour day is required.

2) Doylestown- HHA or CNA needed to assist an elderly man with dementia. Hours are 7am-9am Monday through Friday.

3) Solebury- LPN or RN to assist an elderly lady with bathing and dressing due to orthopedic issues. Cognition is fully intact. Minimal assistance. Hours are 10am-6pm Monday through Friday.

4) Chalfont- HHA, CNA, nursing student to assist a young woman mostly with getting her and her boyfriend (both in power chairs) out and about in her wheelchair van. They are independent using their chairs. She needs minimal assistance with dressing and cooking. Hours are 7am-7pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

5) Blue Bell- HHA or nurisng student for a woman with ALS. Communication can be difficult. Must be patient and comfortable with someone using a computer or board for communication. Training will be provided. Hours are 6pm-10pm Saturday and Sunday.

6) Quakertown- HHA or CNA for an elderly lady with dementia. Assist husband in caring for his wife. She is non verbal, needs total assist with feeding. Able to transfer and toilet with minimal assist of 2. Hours are flexible. Start after 2pm Monday through Friday and mornings on Saturday and Sunday. Only 8-10 hours per week.

7) Lambertville- Looking for a very special person to help a family Monday through Friday 8am-6pm. Help 11 and 13 year olds get off to school. Dad has a brain tumor and needs supervision for daily tasks and medication reminders, but is currently able to walk without difficulty. Mom works full time so help is needed with household tasks. It would be great if you could also help get kids to after school activities. The ideal candidate has experience assisting someone with a physical disability so future needs can be met. Please spread the word! Looking to hire someone end of August.
8) Buckingham- HHA, CNA or nursing student needed to assist a lady with paraplegia. Hours are 12pm-5pm. Will train. Gain amazing skills to help this population.

There are many opportunities throughout Bucks County for private caregivers. People want to hire private home health aides, nursing assistants and nurses but they can't find them. Aides and nurses would love to work directly for their clients without an agency but are afraid they won't find enough consistent work. Empowering Care Solutions, LLC solves these problems. New Hope- 87 year old lady needs temporary help 8am-2pm 7 days per week (hiring at least 2 people- job will end in about a month)

Chalfont- 30 year old woman needs help on the weekends 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am. (hiring at least 2 people)

New Hope- 2 women in their 80's need help mainly on weekends 7am-3pm, 12pm-8pm and 7pm-7am. (hiring at least one person)

Warminster (Ann's Choice) 84 year old man needs help 8am-11am 7 days per week. (hiring 2 people)

Are you a PRIVATE CAREGIVER (CNA, LPN, RN) who is looking for a new client? Here are 2 opportunities currently available:

Solebury: Hours are 9-5 or 9-6 Monday through Friday caring for an elderly lady. Needs include assistance with showering and dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping and driving her to appointments and errands in her wheelchair accessible minivan. Pay is $25-$35/hour depending on education and experience.

Buckingham: Hours are 12-5 or 1-6 Monday through Friday assisting a lady with paraplegia. Training is available. This is a great opportunity to learn how to serve this population. Pay is $25-$30/hour depending on experience and skill.

Empowering Care Solutions, LLC does not employ caregivers. We fully vet candidates (interview, check certifications, licenses, insurance, vaccination status, references and perform a background check) so people can hire with confidence. We meet with the clients and do an in-home assessment to determine care needs and make recommendations for safety. Looking for Private Home Health Aides and CNAs and Nurses to help cover a 24/7 case in New Hope. Depending on skill level you would be assisting a nurse or taking the lead in care for a woman with Parkinson’s. Many shifts are needed so you can choose the hours that work for you. Excellent pay range according to skill level.

1) New Hope: Physical care for an elderly lady with Parkinson's and Supervision with meals and medications for another lady with early dementia. This is a 24/7 case so there are many shifts available.

2) Hatfield: Full time day position available to assist a boy with Down Syndrome.

Being a private care provider can be tough. Jobs end suddenly due to clients going into a facility or passing away. It can take a while to find your next client. Being fully vetted by Empowering Care Solutions enables you to quickly move to your next client. You can even find temporary opportunities if your client goes into the hospital or a rehab for a few weeks. We do thorough intakes so you have the full picture of your client's medical history and the care they need before you even meet them. You can be sure that you are going into a safe environment. WHO IS LOOKING FOR HELP WITH A LOVED ONE? I have an amazing caregiver who is looking for a new client. Her name is Kathy. She is a registered nurse with 30 years of experience. She lives in Langhorne. Her specialty is caring for the elderly. She is available Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-3pm and also available for some hours on the weekends. Her rate is $30/hour and this is a tremendous value for someone with her years of experience. She serves Lower and Central Bucks County. Empowering Care Solutions, LLC is not a typical home care agency. We find out who is already out there providing exceptional care. We do interviews, check references, check all relevant documentation (such as licenses, certifications, insurance, Covid Vaccination cards, etc) and run a background check. We then can refer our fully vetted providers to people in need. Agencies charge a fortune and the caregivers barely get half of what the customers pay. Agencies also require a minimum of 20 hours per week in most cases and now there are actually waiting lists due to lack of employees. We need a better system and hopefully it is the one we have created. We look forward to hearing from you!

Looking for a private Home Health Aide/CNA for a man in Ottsville. Experience with strokes is preferred. Hours are 9am-4pm Monday through Friday. Job can be filled by multiple people. He needs help with transfers and walking with a walker. Job also includes meal prep and assisting with a stretching and exercise program.
