Chattahoochee Valley Community College is seeking a student-focused professional to serve as our Student Development & Success Coordinator/Testing Center Technician.
This full-time position supports student engagement, onboarding, campus activities, disability accommodations, and testing services. We are looking for someone who is organized, service-minded, and passionate about creating a positive experience for students throughout their college journey.

✔ Salary: $50,200 to $73,734

Minimum Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
✔ Two years of directly related full-time experience
✔ Excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with testing software
✔ Ability to obtain required Pearson VUE testing certifications
✔ Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least two Sunday afternoons per month
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Two years of experience working directly with students in higher education
✔ Experience administering standardized tests
This position plays an important role in supporting student achievement through campus activities, student leadership programs, testing services, disability accommodations, and New Student Experience initiatives.
