Chattahoochee Valley Community College is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Technician.

This position plays an important role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming campus environment for our students, employees, and visitors.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and enjoys contributing to a positive campus experience.
✔ Salary: $31,125 to $48,180 annually
✔ State benefits and retirement
✔ Opportunity to support campus operations and student success
✔ Responsibilities include custodial services, facility upkeep, minor repairs, and event setup

Minimum Qualifications:
✔ High school diploma or GED
✔ One (1) year of directly related full-time experience
✔ Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive the College’s motorized vehicles, including the state cars. Must be insurable by the College's insurance carrier
✔ Ability to operate cleaning equipment and perform minor repairs
✔ Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
✔ Ability to work a flexible schedule

This position is essential to keeping CVCC's classrooms, offices, and campus facilities clean, comfortable, and ready for learning every day.
