Chattahoochee Valley Community College is seeking a student-focused professional to serve as our Student Development and Success Coordinator/Testing Center Technician.

This dynamic full-time position supports student engagement, leadership development, onboarding, disability accommodations, testing services, and campus events. We are looking for someone passionate about helping students succeed both academically and personally.

Minimum Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution
✔ Two years of directly related full-time experience
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience working directly with students in higher education
✔ Experience administering standardized tests

This position plays an important role in supporting student achievement through leadership programs, student organizations, testing services, disability accommodations, and campus engagement initiatives.

This unique full-time role combines classroom instruction with leadership of the CVCC Men’s Basketball program. We are looking for someone who can inspire students academically while building a competitive, disciplined, and student-centered athletic program.
✔ Full-time faculty and coaching position
✔ 50% teaching and 50% head coaching responsibilities
✔ Salary: $51,487 to $94,363 for nine months
✔ Additional summer pay: $15,904 to $29,184 (not guaranteed)

Minimum Qualifications:
✔ Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Social Sciences, Mathematics, Sciences, Physical Education, or Health Sciences

✔ Strong leadership, communication, and recruiting skills
