Tech is incredible. AI, Figma, smart design, all the flashy tools.
Love it. Use it. Respect it.

But if you can’t read the room, write a thoughtful DM, or respond like a human instead of a bot, you’re just another name in a filtered spreadsheet.

Soft skills are the real differentiator in a tech-saturated world.EQ, authentic communication, and real listening still matter more than automation.

Trust is trending, and no algorithm can build it for you.

Use AI, but then edit. Make it sound like you.

That’s what gets you hired, partnered, promoted, and remembered.

I launched my agency in 2001 because I believed (then and now) that people are a company’s most important asset and I focus on helping people to showcase their talents and match them to the best organizations. Twenty-three years later, I am still in the people business—growing, pivoting, and responding to the needs of people.

As our culture inches deeper into the world of automation, tricks, and tools, many forget a fundamental truth: creative work is about the makers and the work done by creatives—the people. Any work you see on my website is human-made—done by the creatives, artists, directors, designers, and marketers in The Keva Dine Agency world.
