Outside Sales Representative
All Florida Premier Staffing Inc. - Palm Springs, FL 33461
Established web-based placement agency is seeking a goal oriented Full-time Outside Sales Representative for the South Florida area. Schedule will be during normal business hours Monday – Friday from 10 am - 4 pm. Please note there may be a need for some client calls to be made outside of normal business hours.
A successful candidate must be a self-starter, who can work under minimal supervision. This position does not require the candidate to report to an office daily. The position can be performed either from home, a satellite location or on the road. The primary focus will be maintaining and building new relationships with clients who are in need of temporary/permanent staffing, recruitment, Corporate onboarding or just looking for a simple inexpensive way to list their job posting to seek out their own candidates. 2 years previous outside sales/telemarketing with a proven track record are required for this position.

Responsibilities:
Ability to maintain communication with existing client base to generate sales.
Outside Sales to generate new clients.
Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting.
Following up with clients as often as needed
Communicating client requirements/work orders to recruiter to make successful placements.
Preparing and closing employment contracts
Collecting payment
Make collection calls to customers.
Must close 20 sales per month- position gets evaluated every 90 days to ensure these goals are being met.
Required Experience:
Previous outside sales experience in placement/staffing with a proven track record.
Must have a laptop with MS Office- Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Willing to travel within the South Florida area.
Valid DL
Dependable Transportation
Commission and bonus based compensation package with some benefits after 1 year.

Job Requirements:
As a Veterinary Technician you will:
• Ascertain the patients current and previous medical history
• Perform and record patient vitals
• Gather various laboratory samples from the patient and perform the necessary tests
• Perform x-rays
• Prep patients for surgery and provide nursing care to hospitalized and post –op patients
• Administer vaccinations and perform various medical treatments including intravenous and oral medications
• Perform Dental Prophylaxis
• Accurately record the patients’ medical treatment and identify normal and abnormal appearances
• Various other duties may be assigned under the direction of the attending Veterinarian
This position requires an exceptional level of focus and thoroughness as well as the ability to accurately follow orders as given. You must be a self-starter able to anticipate the needs of the attending veterinarian as it pertains to the treatment of the patient. Maintain a high level of production in a fast paced environment. This position requires a huge amount of public contact therefore you must be comfortable discussing medical treatment and interacting with clients. A genuine love of animals is paramount. You will be responsible for ensuring that clients understand medication instructions and are aware of follow up treatment dates. Maintain an optimum level of patient care and comfort will be an essential part of your daily performance. You must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking English, being bilingual is a plus. Previous experience in the field of Veterinary Medicine is necessary. Knowledge of Cornerstone software program, Idexx laboratory equipment and digital radiography are preferred but not a necessity. You will be required to work a three day work week consisting of 12 hour shifts (7:00 am- 7:00 pm), various weekend shifts will be required.
