The businesses I work with don't need me forever. That's by design.

The 90-day plan is built to make your team self-sufficient — a process they run, tools they keep, and a measurable drop in how long roles sit open. On average, we target a 25% reduction in time-to-fill.

Then I step back. You keep the engine. That's what "reimagined" actually means: you own it.

"We'll just repost it."

The five most expensive words in hiring.

Every week a role stays open, it costs you — in overtime, in burnout on the team covering the gap, in the customers a fully-staffed team would've served better. That silent cost usually dwarfs the recruiter fee you're trying to avoid.

Speed isn't about rushing. It's about removing the delays that are quietly bleeding you.

If your hiring feels like it's held together with duct tape and hope, let's talk.

I keep 30-minute slots open each week for leaders and HR teams who know their process needs work but aren't sure where to start. We'll find the one or two changes that would make the biggest difference.

To the office manager who somehow also owns hiring:

You have a real job. Recruiting became a second one. And every hour you spend chasing candidates is an hour stolen from what you were actually hired to do.

The goal isn't for you to become a full-time recruiter. It's to make hiring efficient enough that it stops eating your week. That's a process problem — and process problems have solutions.

Here's the math nobody puts on the invoice:

One agency placement can run 20–25% of first-year salary. For a lot of roles, that's $15K–$25K+ per hire. And you'll pay it again on the next one, and the one after that.

For a fraction of a single fee, you could instead fix the process producing all those hires. One is an expense. The other is an investment that pays down every future search.

An outside recruiter can find you a candidate. They can't teach you your own market.

They don't know your culture, your team, or why the last three people left. They send you resumes and a bill.

The businesses that win long-term build a repeatable process that fits them specifically — so the fifth hire is easier than the first. That's not a placement. That's an asset you keep.

A question for any leader who's used a third-party recruiter:

When they placed someone, did your team learn how to do it better next time? Or did the knowledge walk out the door with the invoice?

That's the real cost of outsourcing hiring — not just the fee, but the fact that you're no more capable the second time than the first.

Reimagining your hiring means the capability stays in-house. That's the whole idea.

You wrote an $18,000 check to a recruiter. The hire left in four months. Now you're paying to fill the same seat again.

If this is your hiring strategy, you're not buying talent. You're renting it — at a premium, with no guarantee.

There's another way: build a hiring process your team actually owns. For less than half the cost of a single placement fee, you can stop renting and start keeping.

Two weeks of talking to recruiters, and here's what I keep hearing underneath it all:

"I just want to know I'm doing this right."

You probably are — more than you think. And where you're not, it's a system gap, not a you gap.

You deserve support in a role that rarely gets any. I see the work you're doing. It matters. And it's a whole lot easier with someone in your corner.

The hardest skill in recruiting isn't sourcing. It's saying no to a bad search.

When a hiring manager wants a unicorn — every skill, low budget, yesterday — the kindest thing you can do is push back early. "Here's what that combination actually costs in the market" saves everyone weeks of frustration.

That takes confidence most people build over years. Or with someone who's had the conversation a hundred times showing you how.
