✨Thrilled to welcome JESSIE IRBY to GTEN✨

For 14 seasons, Jessie danced the most famous kickline in the world on the Radio City stage. Now she’s bringing that training to our workshop!!

She’s also the Founder of THE PRECISION DANCE LAB , a touring intensive taught by former Rockettes with intentionally small enrollment, so every dancer gets real feedback. She’ll be watching at the Fair, and she’s offering a FULL SCHOLARSHIP to a dancer who stands out. 🎟️

Parents, you’re invited too. Jessie leads Dance Career Insights at 1:00 PM, an honest look at what a professional dance career actually looks like.

✨Royal Caribbean’s Audition Choreographer is coming to GTEN✨

Lindsay Brown , Audition & Rehearsal Choreographer for Royal Caribbean Entertainment and Rehearsal Choreographer for The Wizard of Oz on Icon of the Seas spent a career on both sides of the audition room, from the first revival of Jerome Robbins’ Broadway at The Muny to the Neiman Marcus National Holiday Commercial.

On Saturday, October 24, she’s bringing that perspective to Orlando with AUDITION TECHNIQUES FOR COMMERCIAL & THEATRE DANCE at our 3rd Annual College & Career Dance Fair.

Your dancer will learn what casting teams notice in the first thirty seconds, how to pick up choreography under pressure, and how to carry themselves like a professional before they are one.

And that’s just one class.

12 masterclasses. College auditions. Scholarships. National and international opportunities. One weekend. 💃

🎉 TIME TO CELEBRATE 🎂✨

Today I turn 50! 🥳 and I want to celebrate by giving you a gift!

Dance has always held a special place in my heart. The artistry, the emotion, the storytelling, the way movement expresses what words sometimes cannot. Dance has brought so much joy throughout my life. 💙

But it was my daughter’s journey that turned that lifelong love into something more.

Watching her dance, grow, witnessing her dedication, celebrating her achievements, and navigating the opportunities and challenges along the way opened my eyes to how complex the path can be for young dancers dreaming of a future in the arts.

What began as a desire to help her navigate that world became a bigger mission: helping other dancers and their families discover opportunities, make meaningful connections, and explore where their passion might take them.

So to celebrate, I’m sharing a little birthday joy with YOU!
