I have a Travel Med-Surg RN opening in Osage, Iowa that I'm looking to fill, and it's a great opportunity for anyone wanting a smaller hospital environment with awesome patient ratios!

🏥 Position Highlights
• 25-bed Med-Surg unit
• Average daily census: 6–10 patients
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:3 to 1:4 (rarely 1:5)
• Cerner charting
• Any color scrubs welcome
• Rental housing options are currently being worked on

🌙 Schedule
• 36 hours/week
• 3x12 Night Shifts
• 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
• Every 3rd weekend
• Every 3rd holiday

✅ Requirements
• BLS
• ACLS
• COVID vaccine required
• TNCC & PALS preferred

💰 Travel Pay + Bonus
Along with a competitive travel pay package, I'm offering:
🎉 $250 Hiring Bonus paid at the start of your contract
🎉 $250 Completion Bonus paid when you successfully finish your assignment

📍 Travel Eligibility
This is a travel nursing position.
