• Experience with DOT, bridge & concrete construction
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors & project documentation
• Bluebeam experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel throughout CT & RI
What you’ll do:
Manage projects from start to finish, coordinate with owners, engineers, subcontractors and field teams, and keep projects safe, on schedule, and on budget.

Before you come for me… hear me out.

🚨 NOW HIRING: PROJECT MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION 🚨

I'm looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for keeping projects organized, on schedule, within budget, safe, and up to quality standards.

Office is based in Old Lyme, CT. There will be required travel to job sites throughout CT and RI.

Description:

• Manage construction projects from initiation through completion
• Coordinate between the office, field teams, owners, architects, engineers & subcontractors
• Review plans, specifications, schedules, and project requirements
• Manage RFIs, RFCs, submittals, permits, inspections, and project documentation
• Work closely with the Superintendent to plan schedules and two-week look-aheads
• Coordinate materials, equipment, tools, and subcontractors to keep projects moving
• Monitor project budgets, costs, timelines, and overall progress
• Communicate project updates with clients and company leadership
• Manage purchase orders and assist with billing/job costing
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plans, codes, and specifications
• Identify problems and work with the team to develop effective solutions
• Support and lead office personnel to meet project deadlines

Required

•Construction Project Management experience (4-5 years preferred)
•Strong communication and leadership skills
•Experience and familiarity with DOT regulations, structural bridge and concrete work
•Ability to read and understand construction plans/specifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Someone who leads with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
