We're hiring skilled, experienced Motherboard Repair Technicians and SMT Soldering Technicians for exciting opportunities in electronics manufacturing in Fort Worth, TX!

🔧 POSITIONS AVAILABLE

💻 Motherboard Repair Technicians

Diagnose and troubleshoot motherboard and circuit board failures

Perform component-level electronic repairs

Identify and replace defective electronic components

Utilize soldering and repair equipment to restore board functionality

Perform testing and verification of repaired boards

🛠️ SMT Soldering Technicians

Perform precision soldering and rework on electronic circuit boards

Work with surface-mount technology (SMT) components

Remove and replace defective electronic components

Inspect solder joints and ensure quality workmanship

Follow technical repair procedures and quality standards

✅ REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

✔️ Previous component-level, board-level repair experience required

✔️ Hands-on SMT soldering and rework experience required

✔️ Ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic circuit boards

✔️ Experience working with small electronic components and precision tools

✔️ Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

⚠️ HANDS-ON SKILLS ASSESSMENT REQUIRED!

Candidates will complete a hands-on technical evaluation during the interview process to demonstrate their board-level repair and soldering abilities.
