ONCE YOUR ACCOUNT IS CREATED...
Check your email for confirmation and the next step to complete the background check-- cost $12.99-39.99 (depending on state). All agents who successfully complete the background will move forward to the next training class. There you will receive the [SOW-Statement of Work agreement] explaining the terms: Call Metrics, Contract expectation, Pay information and Contract details. TRAINING
All work- at- home agents must meet the following technical requirement to be hired. A computer or laptop with [WIN 7, XP, or 98] a bare- bone Land Line with no call features; A noise cancellation Headset; and DSL,Cable or Broadband internet service are mandatory to service all clients. The training is strictly 100% on line for approximately 2 1/2 to 4 weeks, depending on the client the (ACP) choose to service. Training classes vary Mon-Fridays: 9am-12 midnight EST throughout the United States. NOTE: THERE IS NO TRAINING DURING THE HOLIDAYS
PAY & DIRECT DEPOSIT
Service fees range from $8.50- $16 per hour and will be explained in the work SOW. All payments are made in the form of Direct Deposits TWICE per Month (10th & 24th).Agents must furnish bank information prior to starting assignment, to ensure timely processing of all direct deposit. You will be fully responsible for taxes at the end of year. WORK HOURS
Shifts are flexible and available between 6 a.m.--4 a.m. To maintain your position a minimum of 15-20 hours of work, is required per week. Any changes to existing schedule must be done within a 48 hour time frame not to be penalized. TRAINING/ CERTIFICATION PRICES
Certification training ARE between $200 to $300 per account once training is complete! All requirements must be met and schedule worked accordingly a minimum of 20 hrs. is required per week and 4 out these hours should be on the week-end
