Healthcare recruiter by accident with purpose!

As a contract recruiter, I have experience in the hospital and healthcare industries with most of my focus being on nursing and mid-levels. Previous to working with eHospitalHire and contracting with Mount Sinai Health System, I've had additional experience recruiting nurses, nurse practitioners, and physicians for locum tenens and permanent positions nationwide. I started my recruiting career after having worked as a social worker with geriatrics in a psychiatric hospital for 3 years. Someone who was marketing their business to me recruited me away from social work into home care as a Client Services Manager. It was there I began hiring CNAs to care for the elderly in the home setting. I was shortly thereafter recruited into a position as a physician recruiter. My passion is for sourcing. I love the process of seeking out good talent and watching the candidates I find and select defy the odds of dropping off somewhere through the process and move into that next stepping stone that meets their career goals.
