2018 EEO-1 survey is postpone until early March 2019!

All employees required to keep Form 300, the injury and illness Log, must post Form300A, the annual summary of job related injuries and illnesses, in a workplace comon area starting February 1st and through April 30th
EEO -1;
Due to the partial lapse in appropriattions, the openingof the EEO-1 has been potponed until early March 2019. The deadline to submit EE)-1 data will be extended until May 31, 2019. The EEO-1 is an annual survy that requires all private employers with 100 or more employees and federal goveernment contractors or first tier subcontractors with 50 or more employees and a federal contrac, sub contract or purchase order amounting to $50,000 or more to file the EEO-1 report. The filing of the EEO-1 report is required by federla law per Section 709© Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amened and 1602.7-1602.14, title 29, Chapter XIV of the federal code of regulations.
Details and instructions for the 2018 EEo-1 fliers, including the exact date of the survey opening will be forthcoming. Fliers should refer to the EEO-1 weebiste at (https://www.eeoc.gov/employers/eeo1survey/index.cfm) in the coming weeks for updates on the new schedule.
