Job Title: Executive Estate Manager
Location: Southern Nashville, TN area
Salary Range: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 annual salary + Company car, full benefits
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Executive Estate Manager to oversee the personal needs, daily operations, and logistics for a high-profile executive client with multiple private properties in the southern Nashville area.
This is not a traditional 8–5 role. The ideal candidate operates with a hospitality-first mindset, demonstrates exceptionally high attention to detail, and excels in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Experience in luxury hospitality, executive support, estate management, or private family office operations is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage daily household functions, estate operations, vendors, contractors, and household staff across multiple properties.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate complex, evolving calendars, appointments, family schedules, and travel logistics with precision and urgency.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the central point of contact between family members, staff, corporate personnel, and external partners.
- Discretion & Security: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, protecting the privacy, safety, and reputation of the family at all times.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing schedules, provide after-hours communication support when necessary, and handle emergency responses.
Work Schedule + Benefits:
- Full-time, Exempt (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm in the home)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and handle after-hours communication based on family needs
- Travel: 15-20% of time spent driving/running errands (Company car provided)

Qualifications: (The client is not flexible with these requirements)
You must have long term references that include at least one of these:
- 5+ years of Executive/Personal Assistant experience
- 5+ years of Family & Estate Management experience, preferably in a high-profile household setting
- 5+ years of experience working with C-suite executives, VIPs, or UHNW individuals
