⚫️CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST/ FINANCIAL ANALYST/ TASK COORDINATOR SPECIALIST (REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME)
We are looking for an anyone interested in these positions to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about products and services. Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information about products and services.
* Assist customers with product returns and exchanges and complaints.
* Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Maintain customer records and provide customer feedback to management.
* Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently.
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat/online.
* Has Average speed of 30 WPM
