Enthusiastic workers needed! Responsible for delivering great guest experiences. Working as part of a team to meet Guests’ needs and giving them a reason to return. Multiple open positions!

Various locations in Brooklyn, NY. Various Shifts (20+ hours per week)

Duties include but not limited to:

* Preparing products according to operational and quality standards, and serving them with enthusiasm in a clean environment
* Communicating appropriately with fellow team members, treating others fairly and with respect
* Communicating any concern relative to completing any job assignment to the store manager
* Responding positively to feedback and direction given
* Being accountable for one’s own responsibilities while on shift
* Adhering to schedule and arriving ready to work on time
* Responding to specific guest needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency
* Adhering to Brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest
* Maintaining a clean and neat workstation; completing thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
* Effectively executing restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
* Preparing all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
* Following all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
* Complying with all restaurant, Brand, and franchisee policies

Skills:
* Must be able to fluently speak/read/understand English
* Capable of counting money and making change
* Able to operate restaurant equipment (minimum age requirements may apply)

Prior experience & qualifications:
* Guest Focus – anticipating and understanding guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations
* Holding guests as highest priority and ensuring each guest is highly satisfied with his/her experience
* Passion for Results – setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
* Completing all required trainings and supporting the training of other team members
