Hey everyone, I hope you are having a great week so far. This week I want to talk about dealing with change. Many people say change is so hard, but I think if you focus on the positive things of change then that particular change is not so bad. Change is inevitable in life. I want to share this great book about how to deal with change. It's called, Who Moved My Cheese by Dr. Spencer Johnson. It's a short read with great insight on change. Read it and share your thoughts about it. I would love to hear your ideas about the book.

Searching for a job can be very daunting after going on numerous interviews and talking with multiple recruiters. One advice I would like to give is for you to network. The best way to network is by taking the time to learn about each contact you have. Find out what they like to do for fun, learn about what their passions are or explore what their family backgrounds are. Let each contact also learn these things about you as well. If you share more about yourself, the more memorable you will be and this will help you in building a network.
